Ayer fue un día especial en mi vida, después de tanto tiempo logre completar el curso técnico de administración e Ingles, del instituto Hercom , una institución de Venezuela , que brinda servicios de educación .
Yesterday was a special day in my life, after such a long time I managed to complete the technical course of administration and English, from Hercom Institute, a Venezuelan institution that provides education services.
En el curso conocí a muchas personas, y también me reencontré con viejos compañeros de clase del liceo .
During the course I met many people, and I also met up with old classmates from high school.
Aprendí bastante , acerca de administración , y me abrió mucho la mente , y cambie un poco la manera de ver las cosas en esta vida , el profesor muy buena onda , nos brindo todo su conocimiento y activo mas importante que es el tiempo , el tiempo de enseñarnos y capacitarnos a mis compañero y a mi , en estos años .
I learned a lot about administration, and it opened my mind a lot, and I changed my way of seeing things in this life, the professor was very cool, he gave us all his knowledge and the most important asset is the time, the time to teach and train me and my classmates, in these years.
Al principio del curso nos dieron una breve introducion a la administracion y la contaduria publica ,y lo importante que es para una nacion , y su comunidad ,ya que proporciona lineamientos para optimizar el aprovechamiento de los recursos, para mejorar las relaciones humanas y generar empleos
At the beginning of the course we were given a brief introduction to management and public accounting, and how important it is for a nation and its community, as it provides guidelines to optimize the use of resources, to improve human relations and generate jobs.
Luego nos explicaron fundamentos de la administracion y su uso en el área de una empresa , luego en el siguiente modulo aprendi tambien bastante, operaciones financiera ,administracion de costos ,y fundamentos y principios de la economia, nos explicaron tambien a que se debe la inflacion y como destruyo a mi nacion venezuela (pero este tema no lo voy a tocar aca por ser tema político )
Then they explained the basics of management and its use in the area of a company, then in the next module I also learned a lot, financial operations, cost management, and fundamentals and principles of economics, they also explained to us what inflation is due and how it destroyed my nation Venezuela (but I will not touch this topic here because it is a political issue).
Luego nos hablaron de todos los sistemas financieros que hay , y como hacer una gestión ,diseño, estructuración ,como funciona la asistencia al contribuyente ,la importancia de un buen sistema de recaudación y cobranza dentro de una institución,y ya terminando el curso aprendí algunas leyes de venezuela (leyes que en lo personal no me gustan) y administración y desarrollo de los recursos humanos algo fundamental para las empresas e instituciones publicas.
Then we talked about all the financial systems that exist, and how to make a management, design, structuring, how taxpayer assistance works, the importance of a good collection system and collection within an institution, and already finishing the course I learned some laws of Venezuela (laws that I personally do not like) and administration and development of human resources, something fundamental for companies and public institutions.
Tambien hice un curso de Ingles basico para asi mejorar un poco y aprender ingles pero esto ya fue algo basico y sencillo ya sera de mi parte,querer y buscar mejorar mas mi ingles ,buscando comunidades ,y libros ,y musica de mi preferencia ,para asi despertar mi interes.
Una reflexión mientras estaba en el curso:
Es que a pesar de todas las dificultades que tenemos actualmente ,uno tiene el poder de salir adelante ,si tenemos una buena actitud ,y creemos en nosotros mismo ,en nuestras capacidades individuales ,y que todos necesitamos de una mano ayuda,que nos ayude incondicionalmente y nos motive a superarnos .
A reflection while I was in the course:
It is that despite all the difficulties we have today, one has the power to get ahead, if we have a good attitude, and believe in ourselves, in our individual capabilities, and that we all need a helping hand, to help us unconditionally and motivate us to overcome.
Que todo en esta vida es posible si uno se lo propone ,es constante y disciplinado.
That everything in this life is possible if you set your mind to it, if you are constant and disciplined.

- Buscar aportar mas a la comunidad de hive , tenía en mente , cambiar mi nicho de contenido a gameplay y relatos .
Looking to contribute more to the hive community , I had in mind , change my content niche to gameplay and stories .
- Poder ayudar a mi familia , a mi pueblo a mi gente , pero antes si quiero mejorar lo externo ,tengo que mejorar mi mundo interno ,mis pensamientos y mis hábitos.
To be able to help my family, my people, my people, but first if I want to improve my external world, I have to improve my internal world, my thoughts and my habits.
Los habitos son algo fundamental de una persona ,a la hora de llevar algo acabo,ya que si tienes buenos habito y tambien disciplina podremos alcanzar grandes cosas.
Habits are something fundamental of a person, when it comes to carry out something just, because if you have good habits and also discipline we can achieve great things.
Esto es solo un comienzo ,para seguir aprendiendo y mejorar cada día ,ya que la educación es lo que nos hace libres y nos abre las puertas a nuevas oportunidades
This is just a start, to continue learning and improving every day, since education is what makes us free and opens the doors to new opportunities.
