Why blurt has the best chance of making it.

I think one of the main things that makes blurt amazing is it has the same feeling as fb back in the early days. Your free to put random thoughts, well thought out posts, your creative work as well as Instagram type moments. I always feel so restricted on the other platforms like it always has to be something I’ve spent time on or put together nicely and the thing is we like social media yes to see great things, but for silly pictures; memes, to make like minded connections. I found I wasn’t connecting to anyone rly on the others as everything felt so forced, I don’t even feel I can be myself on the other platforms at all, which is a bit silly and sarcastic, on other places you get punished if your post is too simple or not enough ‘effort’. People don’t want to feel like that on social media. People want to feel free to have fun, relax, learn something, connect with people on topics and just be themselves, that’s why isntagram and fb do so well. They don’t have someone telling them not to post something because it wasn’t professional enough. Altho fb is now losing popularity because of this very thing, because no one can be themselves there anymore.

So anyways it’s taking me some time to even realise I can finally be myself on a blockchain platform and post a whole mix of things here from my art, my photography as well as silly little thoughts and my cat now has a profile too I’ve wanted to do for ages! Find her @lilithdevonrex.

So anyways Thankyou blurt for creating a platform that feels easy, fun and nice! 💗💗💗

And happy Christmas

I like the title and you have a point. There is a lot of freedom on Blurt. I don't feel stressed at all. You dont look stressed at all.

Haha these Christmas filters have way too much weird blur on I don’t normally use it

Christmas was kind of a blur for me too but wonderful. No stress here^^

You hit the nail on the head there. make it simpler to sign up and they've got a recipe for success.

People don’t want to feel if they post certain things they will be flagged, told off, ostracised. People want to relax, have fun and chill the hell out. This is why fb is now dropping big time as it’s become too controlling. People don’t like it in general. I got a constant hive watchers ban on my cat profile there only the circle jerkers are allowed more than one account.

Hey, just so you know I'm suing Hivewatchers this year over that kind of activity.

He's the one who Decided to get Himself implicated in all sorts of LAW just by harassing the Newbs and Declaring himself the Authority.

At least it will give Those of US who chose A Public Role the ability to Reach Anonymous Platform Owners and take them to the mat over THEIR duplicitous activity.

Also, Discord is a HACK Vector and you should avoid it at all costs IMHO. I'm certain some nerds can give us Private Chat over THIS chain and build it correctly... But even if they don't, it's still not an excuse to use Centralized Comms that are essentially controlled by intelligence agencies to sow Discord and Confusion.

I don't see BLURT (or graphene chains in general) as Social Networks but instead as decentralized Identities... I should not have to keep completing NEW Signups on other Platforms anymore. Instead, any platform that wants MY engagement better provide the simple feature of allowing me to login with BLURT, HIVE, etc as THAT is the point of decentralizing in the first place.

Whew!
Needed to vent! Thank you for a wonderful post. Kind Regards ✌️😎🥓👍

It's certainly much more chillaxed here, definitely more than Hive for sure. I found that place even more toxic than FB for me

It’s not as bad for me now I muted the toxic ppl so I just can’t see anything from them and then just have low expectations there on post value. I just limit my time too to 10 mins a day there. All that enables me to stay. I can spend much longer here.

I muted them too but finding out from Lucylin and frot more about the place made me not want to contribute there any more. I'm deleting all my posts one by one so they don't have my content any longer. I leave links to the content on Blurt to hopefully get more over here.

Yeah. Hive is not so bad if you mute all the toxic Downvoters there.

Just so grateful we now have options :)

Beautiful
