Hello Prestigious Blurtters!
The book "Dare To Fail" by Billi Lim served as the source of today's post. One of the main reasons we don't act to fulfill our dreams and goals is the fear of failing. However, if we look at the successful people in our community, we will see that they have experienced more failures than successes. They might have experienced a number of setbacks for every significant advancement. For instance, Jack Ma was unable to even land a job at KFC or McDonald's. However, that did not prevent him from succeeding with Alibaba. In light of this, we should ask ourselves, "Why are we so afraid of failing?"
What Do You Mean By Failure?
We are paralyzed by failure because of the significance we gave it. If failure is viewed as being final and irreversible, we would do everything in our power to avoid it. It's as if we only have one chance to succeed in life, and if we blow it, we'll never get another chance.
However, if we view failure as constructive criticism, we can pick ourselves up and try a different strategy or option. We would then be willing to fail. Failure only serves as a warning that the course of action we took was incorrect; we should take this information to heart and move forward. Failure is a possibility, but giving up is absolutely never a possibility. Failure only becomes irreversible when we give up. According to a proverb, those who persevere to the end never give up.
Dream Big, Fail Little
Make sure to dream big when we have aspirations for ourselves. Give life everything we've got, and don't settle for anything less. And if we do manage to realize our dreams, don't stop there; instead, aim for even greater ones.
So what do I mean when I say "dream big, fail small"?
The path to success entails a number of steps that must be taken. Breaking our goals down into manageable daily tasks is the most practical way to realize our aspirations. When we tried to put these things into practice and failed, it wasn't by much. It is very simple for us to get back up and keep working toward our goals.
My goal in life is to become a motivational blogger with the power to influence millions of people. Although it's a lofty goal, I don't currently need to abandon all of my art works, give up my education, and devote my entire life to blogging. I need to find ways to spread my message online, create high-quality content every day, and develop a following. I've experienced a number of setbacks along the way, including trying to find my niche, writing blog posts that receive scant attention, and—most importantly—my lack of programming and coding expertise. I didn't let low views, practically no earnings, or a lack of technical knowledge stop me when I first started on Blurt. As a seasoned minnow, my posts now receive more views, earned more Rewards, and I've gained some technical know-how in the process.
