I love trying new things.

All fruits are very healthy. Each fruit is filled with different vitamins. Therefore, you need to eat different fruits. You need to eat at least one fruit a day. And at least the ones you love.
Each fruit has its own beneficial properties: apples π, banana π, kiwi π₯, orange π, tangerine π, lemon π, grapes π, pear π, melon π, watermelon π, mango π₯ and many, many other fruits. All of them are rich in vitamins and minerals. Berries are also useful: strawberries π, raspberries, blueberries π«, cherries, cherries π and other berries. They are also helpful.
