LOVE AND FAME (ENG/ESP)

It's early in the morning, filed with cool breeze and a cloudy atmosphere, Lizzy had been up from bed and was fully prepared for work waiting for her driver to arrive but it seems he's not coming anytime soon.

Few minutes later, her driver arrived at her place and they headed to work. Lizzy had been working in a very Big company as a receptionist but aside working as a receptionist, she had also applied for modeling in one of the biggest modeling agencies in the state. She has always dreamed of becoming very famous with her modeling work but for the past few years her applications had be denied.

Lizzy is a very tall, smart and beautiful looking young lady with a very sexy body that when seen could not be resist by anyone but it seems her body isn't getting her the kind of job she needed. Nevertheless, she had promised herself never to give up on her dreams no matter what happens.

Lizzy had lost her dad on her 16th year birthday when he was rushing back home to celebrate with his daughter. Like they always say "sweet 16" but it seems her 16th Year birthday ended in tragedy. It was supposed to be the happiest day of her life but later turned a sad day for Lizzy and her mother.

Lizzy's mother Annabelle is a nurse, but Lizzy's dreams right from childhood has always been to become a model someday. Annabelle supported her daughter in everything she does but after college, it was time for her daughter to live the kind of life she had always wanted. Lizzy traveled to pursue her dreams, she applied severally but wasn't accepted but instead of going back home to her mother as a failure, she decided to stay back and work as a receptionist hoping that one day she will achieve her dream of becoming a model and everyone will have to watch her on TV.

Working as a receptionist wasn't easy for her as her boss will always find a way to criticize her and always making her feel like a fool in front of everyone. She had tried everything possible to get her boss to like her but everything she did never worked.

It was 6pm and Lizzy had finished from work but as usual was waiting for her driver to come pick her up, she waited but he didn't show up, so Lizzy decided to take a walk back home. She was left in her thought on how the world was crumbling on her and she didn't even look before crossing the road. It happened so fast that she couldn't even remember how it happened, a vehicle almost hit her but she was rescued by a young man who happened to be crossing the road too.

I'm so sorry, I wasn't even looking, thanks for not letting that car to hit me Lizzy said to the young man as they stirred at each other.

You're welcome said the young man. If I may ask, why are you looking so confused? Beautiful girl like you shouldn't have to worry about anything and the both laughed.....

I'm Mark, what's your name pretty? I'm Lizzy and they both Shaked hand. Mark decided to walk Lizzy home, at the end they both exchanged contacts.

They both became close friends that a day wouldn't go by without them checking on each other. Their friendship grew so strong that they couldn't stay a moment without holding each others hands. Mark decided to take a bold step by ask Lizzy out on a date, she wasn't surprised when she heard it and she accepted to date Mark without having a second thought.

Lizzy had been managing her job as a receptionist very well and her relationship with Mark had also been going well. Mark was actually making plans to meet with Lizzy's mother before she received the unexpected call.

Lizzy had been called from the modeling agencies to start work as soon as possible. It seems her dreams of becoming a model had been answered but what about the plans she had with Mark to Marry him and start up family with him. They had planned to have three kids after their wedding but it seems their plans will have to wait. She had waited her whole life for this, I don't think I'm ready to throw it away just because of love.

This is the hardest decision I have to make, she had told Mark about the new job though mark was happy for her but he also knew that their plans on starting a family would have to wait.

Lizzy had to choose between her love and fame, she decided to go for her modeling since she had waited her whole life for it. Mark understood where she was driving at and also decided to respect her decision. It was a moment fill with emotions as Lizzy hugged her boyfriend for the last time before living.

Lizzy went to work and she became famous within few months. She worked very had for the position she found herself now, she traveled to different countries and different states. She was finally happy that after so many years she has achieved her dreams and she knew her dad will be proud of her wherever he is.

Three years in the modeling agencies, Lizzy had been doing well in her job, she went out to have fun with her friends after work and on her way back she met Mark. What a coincident, it's been three years now, mark said to Lizzy and they both laughed...

They decided to hangout later and it happened that Mark was still very much single, he has been waiting patiently for Lizzy hoping that she would come back to him. It was a perfect time for both of them to come back and yeah, the old love rekindled again and they both lived happily ever after.....

Pocos minutos después, su conductor llegó a su casa y se dirigieron al trabajo. Lizzy había estado trabajando en una empresa muy grande como recepcionista, pero además de trabajar como recepcionista, también había solicitado ser modelo en una de las agencias de modelos más grandes del estado. Siempre ha soñado con ser muy famosa con su trabajo como modelo, pero en los últimos años sus solicitudes han sido denegadas.

Lizzy había perdido a su padre en su cumpleaños número 16 cuando regresaba a toda prisa a casa para celebrar con su hija. Como siempre dicen "dulces 16", pero parece que su cumpleaños número 16 terminó en tragedia. Se suponía que sería el día más feliz de su vida, pero luego se convirtió en un día triste para Lizzy y su madre.

La madre de Lizzy, Annabelle, es enfermera, pero los sueños de Lizzy desde la infancia siempre han sido convertirse en modelo algún día. Eran las 6 de la tarde y Lizzy había terminado de trabajar pero como siempre estaba esperando a que su conductor viniera a recogerla, ella esperó pero él no apareció, así que Lizzy decidió dar un paseo de regreso a casa. Se quedó pensando en cómo el mundo se le venía encima y ni siquiera miró antes de cruzar la calle. Sucedió tan rápido que ni siquiera podía recordar cómo sucedió, un vehículo casi la atropella pero fue rescatada por un joven que casualmente también estaba cruzando la calle.

Lo siento mucho, ni siquiera estaba mirando, gracias por no dejar que ese auto me atropellara, dijo Lizzy al joven mientras se revolvían el uno al otro.

De nada dijo el joven. Si puedo preguntar, ¿por qué pareces tan confundido? Una chica hermosa como tú no debería tener que preocuparse por nada y ambos se rieron...

Soy Mark, ¿cómo te llamas guapa? Soy Lizzy y ambos se dieron la mano. Mark decidió acompañar a Lizzy a su casa, al final ambos intercambiaron contactos.

Ambos se convirtieron en amigos cercanos que no pasaría un día sin que se controlaran el uno al otro. Su amistad se hizo tan fuerte que no podían estar un momento sin tomarse de la mano. Mark decidió dar un paso audaz al invitar a Lizzy a una cita, ella no se sorprendió cuando lo escuchó y aceptó salir con Mark sin pensarlo dos veces.

Lizzy había estado manejando muy bien su trabajo como recepcionista y su relación con Mark también había ido bien. En realidad, Mark estaba haciendo planes para reunirse con la madre de Lizzy antes de que recibiera la llamada inesperada.

Lizzy había sido llamada de las agencias de modelos para empezar a trabajar lo antes posible. Parece que sus sueños de convertirse en modelo habían sido cumplidos, pero ¿qué pasa con los planes que tenía con Mark para casarse con él y formar una familia con él? Esta es la decisión más difícil que tengo que tomar, ella le había dicho a Mark sobre el nuevo trabajo, aunque Mark estaba feliz por ella, pero también sabía que sus planes de formar una familia tendrían que esperar.

Lizzy tuvo que elegir entre el amor y la fama, decidió apostar por su modelaje ya que había esperado toda su vida por ello. Mark entendió hacia dónde se dirigía y también decidió respetar su decisión. Fue un momento lleno de emociones cuando Lizzy abrazó a su novio por última vez antes de vivir.

Lizzy se puso a trabajar y se hizo famosa en pocos meses. Trabajó mucho para el puesto que ahora ocupa, viajó a diferentes países y diferentes estados. Finalmente estaba feliz de que después de tantos años había logrado sus sueños y sabía que su papá estaría orgulloso de ella dondequiera que esté.

Tres años en las agencias de modelos, a Lizzy le iba bien en su trabajo, salía a divertirse con sus amigas después del trabajo y de regreso se encontró con Mark. Que coincidencia, ya han pasado tres años, le dijo Mark a Lizzy y ambos se rieron...

Decidieron pasar el rato más tarde y sucedió que Mark todavía estaba soltero, había estado esperando pacientemente a Lizzy con la esperanza de que ella volviera con él. Fue un momento perfecto para que ambos regresaran y sí, el viejo amor se reavivó y ambos vivieron felices para siempre...
