Manage Stress Levels
Their is this hormone in our body known as cortisol levels , when we stress ourselves too much , it can trigger the release of these hormones which triggers and boost the production of oil . so in other to mainatain a healthy skin , it is necessary that we manage our stress levels.
How then can we reduce these stress ?
- meditation :
this can really be a very powerful tool in managing our stress levels , at least 10 minutes a day can go a long way in managing the stress levels.
- Exercise Regularly:
exercise is good for our overall health , noy just for the skin. When we engage in physical activity like exercise , it boost the circulation of blood thereby making our skin to glow.
- Get Enough Sleep:
when we don't get enough sleep , the skin's ability to heal and regenerate is being weakened . 7-8 hrs a day of sleep is recommended.
