ছোটবেলা থেকে শুনেছি গরুর মাংস না খেলে নাকি পুরোপরি মুসলমান হওয়া যায় না।আর শুকুরের মাংস খেলে সে হিন্দু হয়ে যায়।

বাড়িতে ছোটবেলায় কখনও গরুর মাংস খাইনি।পাশে হিন্দুগ্রাম ছিল।তাদের অনেকের সাথে আমাদের পরিবারের ঘনিষ্টতা ছিল।তারা বিভিন্ন উপলক্ষ্যে আমাদের বাড়িতে আসতো এবং মা তাদের না খাইয়ে ছাড়তেন না।হিন্দু মানুষ গরুর মাংস খায় না।প্রতিবেশীদের কথা ভেবে অথবা অন্য যে কোন কারণে হোক আমাদের বাড়িতে কখনও গরুর মাংস রান্নাও হত না।

কিন্তু আমরা যখন মুসলমান বন্ধুদের সাথে মিশতাম তখন তারা একথা বলে আমাদের ছোট করতো।তারা আরও বলতো-গরুর মাংসের স্বাধ নাকি অনেক অনেক ভাল।ভিতরে ভিতরে লোভ জমতে থাকে এবং খাঁটি মুসলমান হওয়ার ইচ্ছা প্রবল হয়।

তখন বেশ বড় হয়েছি।বড় ভাই একদিন হটাৎ করে গরুর মাংস কিনে আনলেন।আমাদের ভাইবোনদের মাঝে আনন্দের ঝলক বয়ে গেল।সবাই এই ভেবে খুশি আজকের পর থেকে কেউ আমাদের ছোট করতে পারবে না এবং সেই সাথে পুরোপুরি মুসলমান হওয়া যাবে।
রান্নার পরে সবাই খেতে বসলাম এবং খেয়ে সকলে তৃপ্ত হলাম।সত্যিই অপূর্ব স্বাধ।সেই থেকে গরুর মাংস খাওয়া শুরু এবং আজ অবধি শেষ হয়নি।জীবনে অনেক পশুর মাংস খেয়েছি কিন্তু গরুর মাংসের মত স্বাধ কখনও পাইনি।কিন্তু গরুর মাংস খেয়ে মুসলমান হওয়ার বিশেষ কোন কারণ আজও খুজে পাইনি।

আসলে গরুর মাংস খেলে কী খাটি মুসলমান হওয়া যায়?

ইসলাম ধর্মে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতার গুরুত্ব অনেক বেশি।এটা খুবই ভাল কথা এবং এটাকে সমর্থন করবে না এমন কাউকে খুজে পাওয়া কঠিন হবে।ইসলাম ধর্মে বলা হয় পরিচ্ছন্নতা ঈমানের অংগ।তাইতো নামাজ পড়ার আগে ওযু করে পরিচ্ছন্ন হতে হয়।ওযুতে অনেক কাজ করতে হয়।তাতে অনেকগুলো ফরজ কাজ আছে,অনেকগুলো ওয়াজিব কাজ আছে,অনেকগুলো সুন্নত আছে।শুধু তাই নয়,সকল কাজে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন হতে হয় এবং প্রতি কাজ শুরুর আগে বিশেষ দোয়া দরুদ পড়তে হয়।গরু জবাই করার সময়ও এমন দোয়া দরুদ পড়তে হয়।

কিন্তু একটা প্রশ্ন আমাকে খুবই ভাবায়।গরুর মাংস কী হালাল? গরু কী পবিত্র? গরু কখনও কী ওযু করে? পায়খানা শেষে মল বর্হিমুখ অংশ কখনও পানি দিয়ে পরিষ্কার করে? প্রসাব শেষে ঢিল বা টিসু ব্যবহার করে।পানি ব্যবহার করে?পায়খানা বা প্রসাব শেষে ওযু করে?ওযু দূরে থাক অন্তত হাত-পা পরিস্কার করে? সহবাস শেষে তাদের যৌনাঙ্গ পরিষ্কার করে?সে কী হালাল খাবার কায়? সে কী অন্যের খাবার জোর করে বা চুরি করে খায়?খাওয়ার আগে সাবান দিয়ে হাত ধোয়? কখনও নামাজ পড়ে?ক খনও আল্লাহকে ডাকে?সে কী আস্তিক না নাস্তিক? সে কী কোন মুসলমানকে দেখে সালাম দেয়?সালাম দিতে না পারুক অন্তত ইশারা করে?

সব উত্তরগুলো যদি না হয়,তাহলে আপনিই বলুন গরুর মাংস খাওয়া কী হালাল?

আমার কাছে আরও তথ্য আছে-বাংলাদেশে ঈদের সময় যে গরুগুলো মহান আল্লাহ রব্বুলের খুশীর জন্য জবাই করা হয়,তাদের অধিকাংশ ভারত থেকে আমদানী করা হয়।সেখানকার অধিকাংশ মানুষ হিন্দু। আর এই হিন্দুদের দ্বারা লালিত পালিত গরু আরও কতটুকু হালাল? তারা নিশ্চয় কোরাণ হাদিস মতে এই গরুগুলোকে বড় করে না,বরং তাদের ধর্মমতে মাঝে মাঝে গরুগুলোর কপালে সিদুরও দেয়?
তারা ও আবার কতবড় স্বার্থপর ও হারামী-যে গরু তাদের দেবতা,তাদেরকে তারা বিধর্মী মুসলমানদের কাছে বিক্রি করে টাকার জন্য।আবার তাদের দেবতা বিক্রি করে মুসলমানদের আল্লাহকে খুশি করছে?ছি!ছি! ছি!এটাও কী কখনও মেনে নেওয়া যায়?

In fact, eating beef can be a true Muslim?

The importance of cleanliness is very important in Islam. It is a very good thing and it will be difficult to find someone who will not support it. In Islam, cleanliness is said to be a part of faith. There is obligatory work, there are many obligatory works, there are many circumcisions. Not only that, all the work has to be clean and special and before starting any work special doa darood has to be recited.

But one question makes me think a lot. Is beef halal? Is the cow sacred? Do cows ever perform ablutions? Does the faeces at the end of the toilet ever clean the outer part with water? Uses loose tissue after urination. Uses water? Performs ablution after bowel movement or urination? Stay away. Cleanses their genitals after intercourse? Does he eat halal food? Does he force or steal other people's food? Was he washing his hands with soap before eating? Do you ever pray? Does anyone call on Allah? Is he a believer or an atheist? Does he salute a Muslim when he sees him?

If all the answers are not, then you tell me is it halal to eat beef?

I have more information - most of the cows that are slaughtered during Eid in Bangladesh for the pleasure of Allah the Almighty are imported from India. Most of the people there are Hindus. And how much more halal are the cows raised by these Hindus? Surely they do not raise these cows according to the Quran and Hadith, but in their religion sometimes give sidur on the foreheads of the cows?
They are also very selfish and bastard - the cows that are their gods, they sell them to the infidel Muslims for money. Boo! Is this ever acceptable?
