যেসব কারণে হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হয়ে থাকে তা আমরা অনেকেই জানি না। হাঁস পালনে অন্যতম সমস্যা হল হাঁসের রোগ। আর হাঁসের রোগগুলোর মধ্যে অন্যতম হল হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস। তবে হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হওয়ার জন্য যেসব কারণ দায়ী সেগুলো না জানার কারণে আমরা এই সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারি না।

যেসব কারণে হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হয়ে থাকে সেগুলি নিচে দেওয়া হল-

১। বিভিন্ন ভাইরাস জনিত রোগের কারণে অনেক সময় হাঁসের পা ফুলে যায় এবং তাপমাত্রা অনেক বৃদ্ধি পায়, এর ফলে অনেক সময় হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হয়ে থাকে।

২। হাঁসের খাবার পাত্র নিচু অবস্থানে রাখলে এবং হাঁস বসে খাবার ও পানি পান করলে অনেক সময় হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হয়ে থাকে।

৩। হাঁসের খাদ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা ঠিক না থাকলে হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হতে পারে। হাঁসের খাদ্যে ভিটামিন, আয়রন, খনিজ উপাদান ও ক্যালসিয়ামের অভাব দেখা দিলে অনেক সময় হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হয়ে থাকে। এছাড়া হাঁসের শরীরে হাড়ের গঠন ঠিক রাখার জন্য ভিটামিন-ডি এর অভাব দেখা দিলেও হাঁস অনেক সময় প্যারালাইসিস দ্বারা আক্রান্ত হয়ে থাকে।

৪। হাঁসের শরীরে ভিটামিন-বি এর অভাব হলে অনেক সময় হাঁসের পা বাঁকা হয়ে যায়। এর কারণেও অনেক সময় হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হয়ে থাকে।

৫। ব্যাকটেরিয়া জনিত রোগের কারণে অনেক সময় হাঁসের পায়ের তালু ও জয়েন্ট ফুলে যায়। এই সমস্যার কারণেও অনেক সময় হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হয়ে থাকে।

হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস প্রতিকারঃ

১। হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস প্রতিকারের জন্য বাচ্চার উন্নত ব্রুডিং ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। ব্রুডিং ব্যবস্থা ভাল হলে হাঁস শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ ও সবল হয়ে থাকে। ফলে প্যারালাইসিস হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাও অনেক কম থাকে।

২। হাঁসের খাদ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা সঠিকভাবে করতে পারলে হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক কম থাকে।

৩। হাঁসের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ভিটামিন ও রোগ প্রতিরোধের ব্যবস্থা করলে হাঁসের প্যারালাইসিস হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক কমে যায়।

চিকিৎসাঃ

১। প্রাথমিকভাবে প্যারালাইসিসে আক্রান্ত হাঁসকে আলাদা করে রাখতে হবে।

২। একজন অভিজ্ঞ চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী চিকিৎসা করাতে হবে।
