গাঁদা ফুল।

গাঁদা ফুল আমাদের সবার পরিচিত একটি ফুল। দেখতে সুন্দর এই এই ফুলের আছে বেশ সুন্দর একটা ঘ্রাণ। সাধারণত শীতকালে গাঁদা ফুল ফুটে থাকে এবং বসন্ত কালেও এই ফুল দেখতে পাওয়া যা। হলুদ বা লাল রঙের এই ফুল আমাদের দেশের সব স্থানেই দেখতে পাওয়া যায়।

উপকারিতা।

১। অনেক সময় আমাদের কান পেকে যায়।সাধারণত ছোট বাচ্চারা একা একা গোসল করলে কানে পানি ঢুকে যায় আর এই পানি কানে অনেক দিন থাকলে কান পাকে যায়। যা অনেক কষ্টকর। গাঁদা ফুলের পাতার রস কানের ভিতরে দিলে কান পাকা ভাল হয়।শরীরের কোন জায়গায় কোন কেটে গেলে বা ঘা হলে যদি রক্ত পড়া বন্ধ না হয়। তখন গাঁদা ফুলের পাতা হাতে ডলে ক্ষত স্থানে ঘষে দিন তৎক্ষনাত রক্ত পড়া বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

২। গাঁদা ফুলে অ্যান্টি-অক্সিডেন্ট থাকায় আমাদের শরীরের রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করতে সহায়ক। ফলে আমাদের শরীরে কোন ফোঁড়া বা টিউমার হতে রক্ষা করে এই গাঁদা ফুল।এছাড়াও এতে আছে ফ্যাভনয়েড নামক একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উপাদান, যা আমাদের মানবদেহের ক্যান্সার কোষকে ধ্বংস করে ক্যান্সার প্রতিহত করে।

৩।গাঁদা ফুলের চা নিয়মত পান করলে গ্যাস্ট্রিকের সমস্যা থেকে পরিত্রাণ পাওয়া যায় এবং আর্থাইটিসের সমস্যা দূর হয়। একই সাথে এটি আমাদের মুখের ব্রণ দূর করে, ত্বক মসৃন করে, হজম শক্তি বাড়ায়, হাড়ের ক্ষয় রোধ করে।এছাড়াও গাঁদা ফুল বেঁটে নারিকেল তেলের সাথে মিশিয়ে মাথায় নিয়মিত ১০/১৫ দিন লাগালে মাথার খুশকি দূর হয়, চুল কুচকুচে কালো হয়।
