Kochu shak
Kachu Shaak is a very popular vegetable in Bangladesh, especially in rural areas. This vegetable is easily found in the corner of the backyard, in the paddy field isle, on the edge of the beel, so it grows easily without any need to buy or eat. These vegetables are eaten in different ways. However, kachu leaf mash and curry are more popular. Curry of this vegetable with hilsa, shrimp, small fish or dried fish is very popular in Bangladesh.

Kachu is one of the varieties suitable for food: Mukhi Kachu, Panikchu, Panchamukhi Kachu, Paidnal Kachu, Dudh Kachu, Maulvi Kachu, Manakchu, Olakchu etc. Kachu is eaten as a main curry, stem vegetable and leafy vegetable in different species.

Kachu stems and leaves are rich in nutrients. Kachu vegetables are rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, sugars, various minerals and vitamins.

We usually eat or eat two types of spinach. That is, green kachu shak and black kachu shak.

Many people do not want to give importance to this vegetable as it is very easily available. But this vegetable can meet a lot of daily nutritional needs.

As it is rich in Vitamin A, it is very useful in preventing night blindness.
As kachu fiber is national, it relieves constipation.

Kachushak is a very good source of Vitamin A, Kachushak plays a very important role in preventing all kinds of diseases due to lack of Vitamin A including Ratakana disease. This is why it helps to increase eyesight. It also reduces eye complications and solves various problems.

Hemoglobin
Lettuce plays a much more effective role in keeping our body supplied with oxygen. Moreover, Kachushak is rich in iron and has a lot of respect for it. When the amount of hemoglobin in our blood decreases, all the doctors recommend eating kachu sak.
