BLURTCONNECT-NG DAILY HEALTH AND HYGIENE CONTEST(HAIR HEALTH AND JUICES)/2% TO @NULL

The beauty industry makes a lot of money offering alternatives for healthy hair growth, such as shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, and even miraculous toners in a short time, leaving aside food, which is the most important thing, because the hair it must be fed from within, and this is achieved through the food we eat.

Since I was a child, I have seen how my grandmother used coconut oil (which she prepared herself) or a mask of well-ripened avocado to show untangled and shiny hair. Despite this, she also said how important it was to eat foods that help from within us to have healthier hair and less hair loss.

In this sense, for minerals such as selenium, zinc, and iron, different studies have shown how effective they can be. Now, all citrus foods rich in vitamin C help the production of collagen, a protein capable of feeding the cells of the hair root.

But... (it seems that there always has to be a "But", lol) The preparation of industrial juices is also high in sugars, which is not good for health, so if we must drink juices, these should be prepared with an extractor and not with a blender, and take them preferably without adding sugar, adding other dried fruits such as dates to sweeten their flavor a little if necessary.

Juices of lemon, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, kiwi, mango, and red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry, papaya, watermelon, and melon, are rich in vitamin C, and therefore spectacular for nourishing hair from the root.

The idea is to eat the fruit alone, away from meals, and on an empty stomach to better absorb its nutrients, and after about 40 minutes, eat any of the meals that correspond to the hour.

I feel and see that we still have a lot to discover about fruits and about the benefits in general of the plant kingdom in our health; but we continue to investigate.

I never knew we need to take the fruits on an empty stomach, what a great lesson you have thought us ✅
