Regular Body Exercise is a great tool that helps a human body to be in a state of activity and agility and also prevent the likelihood occurrence of some common old age disorders such as Diabetes, Obesity and Cardiac dysfunctions, Atherosclerosis, Hypertension, Lack of good Locomotion and others

So it is always advisable to engage yourself in any form of sports activities such as jogging, running, playing football, Rugby, Basketball and the rest so as not the body tissues to be dormant and inactive and a good healthy lifestyle during the old age

The more you engage in sports and exercise, the more agile you become and the less aging will have effect on your lifestyle

As a physician, I add physical exercise to a healthy diet in all my patients' check-ups.
There is no way for the human being to have psychological, biological and social well-being without a correct diet and a system of physical exercise that allows him to improve and strengthen his cardiovascular system.
I am sure that aerobic exercise is necessary for everyone as a stimulant of the metabolic and physiological functions of the whole organism; therefore, aerobic exercise is recommended for all types of people. Not only in patients with metabolic and cardiovascular alterations but in all types of people.
The recommendation is walking, jogging, cycling, going up and down stairs; and anaerobic exercises, which are exercises for muscle development; they are used to tone the musculoskeletal apparatus of the body.
I repeat: As a physician, the health or general well-being of the human being cannot exist without a good diet and the strengthening that physical exercise, preferably aerobic, gives us; however, the combination of cardiovascular exercises with muscle toning exercises is the most appropriate recommendation that we physicians can make.

You can't stop writing this article, even though I was so busy yesterday that I couldn't turn on my PC to check the notifications. So, today I make an appearance :)

Keeping your mind busy should be the primary objective to avoid depression, anxiety, or both at the same time at all costs. I know from my own experience what it feels like to be depressed, and there are no other causes that are out of our control, although sometimes we need professional help because we don't know how to deal with it.

Melancholic people tend to suffer from depression, they must already learn how to deal with their negative thoughts, something that is also important, and very difficult to do if we are not taught as children to see problems as a filter that shows our ability to succeed.

In addition to any kind of physical activity, jogging, doing cardio, or riding a bike, I also played board games like chess and checkers; I remember that I had long conversations with a cousin and that, today, the friendship has turned into a brotherhood, since we continue to talk about many things about life and new projects.

I can't say much about anxiety because it hasn't been my experience, but I have helped others control this scourge by showing them different paths to choose according to their abilities and talents.

As I said at the beginning, keeping your mind occupied with something is the main objective to avoid going through these situations that affect life in a very negative way, and in many cases, disastrously.
