Replace the usual sandwiches with these lush pancakes - thanks to the spinach in the composition and a special porous texture that allows you to absorb sauces well, they are incredibly juicy and tasty. And their rich aroma and pleasant "spring" color beckons to the table.
Hearty pancakes with spinach will easily become part of a healthy menu, because spinach leaves contain a large amount of vitamins, proteins, fiber, iron and retain their useful properties even after heat treatment.
There is no need to fry spinach pancakes for a long time - you just see bubbles on the surface, turn them over and continue cooking on the other side. A light golden crust means that pancakes are ready.
Serve with sour cream, cream sauce or thick yogurt. You can supplement the dish with fresh vegetables, meat or a piece of lightly salted salmon.

Spinach TM 150 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk TM "Rud" 150 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
