About 2 months ago I did a post on Escape3points Eco-lodge. This was a post culminating pictures and visits over the last 11 years that I have visited the place during that time a few times. The last time I was there though was in 2019. Earlier this week I returned, I had a little work to do with them as they are client of mine but @dzigbordi coined it as a baby moon and this is basically what it turned into now that she is 7 months pregnant.
Here is the post from 2 months ago:

Now that I live an hour and a half outside of Accra when going to the Western Region I get a little bit of a head start. We left at 6.30am, we comprising of my business partner, his neice and @dzigbordi. He took the first leg driving and drove until we got to historic Cape Coast where there is a large caslte that was the seat of English government during the Gold Coast Colony Era. You can see some fishing boats being built here by the side of the road along the way.
I drove from Cape Coast through Takoradi and onto Cape Three Points the closest point to the center of the world. 0 logitude and 0 latitude, which is actually in the middle of the ocean but this cape is the closest to it. The last leg of our journey was about 25km on a rough, dusty bumpy road, basically offroading and it would have been much worse but it has not rained in some time. In the picture above it looks like @dzigbordi just got done doing some makeup for a photoshoot but this was actually the dust from the road.
But with the journey behind us we now found ourselves in paradise. This is probably one of the most beautiful beaches that I have been to in the world. It is very remote feeling and stretches form one rocky point to another and basically has jungle haning out over it. At high tide you are basically walking the treeline under a canopy of trees.
We were all hungry from the journey so first point of order was to eat something. We arrived on Sunday and the typical Sunday Special in Ghana is Omo Tuo and Ground Nut soup. The Omo Tuo is rice balls, and ground nut soup is a nice spicy soup made with peanuts tomatoes, onions, broth, ginger, garlic and seasoning. It is very tasty and one of my favorites when my wife makes it. This one was good but what can I say my stomach sits closer to home.
Before long sunset came to play and it was a beautiful one.
Another view of the sunset from the beach.
Every room here is unique and made from bamboo and rafia, or compressed earth bricks. They all have a composting toilet and and an outdoor bathroom. The composting toilet is usually elevated so everything has its place. This was what you might call and loo with a view. In simple English I was sitting on the toilet in the toilet the next morning when I took this photo.
Here is another one of the houses and Dzi and I took a chance to snap a few pictures in front of it.
No baby moon would be complete without lots of baby bump pictures so consider this one the first.
The same view of the beach in the morning that I took the picture of sunset the night before. It was low tide at this point and you can see the cape in the back ground. There is a hundred year old lighthouse there and we took a walk there in the afternoon which I will share as a post very soon all on its own.
Baby bump # 2.
Baby bump #3
A view down the other side of the beach towards some more rocky capes.
A picture of the whole bay.
Dzi blending in with colorful surroundings at the beach bar.
I loved sitting in the hammock and just looking up into the trees and the different shades of green.
This was the view from the front poarch of our house. It looked onto the playground made from bamboo and past to the beach.
A ripe passion fruit. The owner of the resort is a long time friend of mine and a very experienced peramaculturist along with being an Architect. He gave us a great tour of his projects and farm.
This little road to his own house one side of it is banana's and plantains with the resort beyond. The other side is the moringa plantation with is own private part of the land for his house.
Chickens that provide the eggs for breakfast each morning and do good work on any table scraps and garden scraps.
In addition to the chickens, sheep and bees there are also rabbits on the property. I am looking forward to some rabbit stew or a rabbit burger the next time. But they are pretty cute.
This is the drying room used to dry moringa and other crops just using the sun alone and sometimes assisted by a fan.
After the tour back to the beach. And here is baby bump photo #4.
A selfie for good measures.
Baby bump #5
A mushy one for the haters.
By tuesday morning we were getting ready to get back on the road and this was probably the last picture we got of me at breakfast.

What I like the most about your publication is how spontaneous everyone appears in the photos. Your wife looks splendid posing with her belly and she looks very happy. I loved that smile that shows happiness by your side no matter where they may be.
How many months pregnant is she?
The sunset photos are wonderful, and even more so when they are taken at the edge of the beach; How starry are the nights in that place?
The beach bar's decoration is excellent, made from the caps of the bottles that I imagine are from soft drinks. And about the white rabbits... Do they eat them? On this side of the world, we only have them as pets, unless they have been raised freely.
Seeing the photo of moringa drying, I first thought it was oregano. I imagine that they take it as an infusion to improve some of their health.
All in all, I loved this post.
Thank you.
She is 7 months pregnant so just a few months left.
If the sky is clear, the sky is very brilliant at night in this area as their is not a lot of light polution there.
Yes rabbit is eaten here and I find it qutie tasty.
As for moringa it is used for tea, medicine, soap, and much more. They use it in their home made bread that is served each morning and some of their kitchen dishes.
