Seven Market Days ago
I died, and Ascended
Like the body of Christ
I was buried and remembered
In my past, they looked for me
Hoping to find the depressed soldier
To their chagrin, I ain’t the man I was
Seven working weeks today
I walked through the Door of change
Like a distraught mother wails for a child
I cried and wriggled in pain at the cost of change
The loss of a past so jealously guarded
I let myself die to snatch my crown
I just had to change the man I was
Seven Freaking Months
And Tope is still looking
for the man she married
He never left a goodbye note
Never said a good bye prayer
Surging into a Battle for change
He knew his death will bring him back alive
It’s several years to the future
And I’m yet misunderstood
They can’t understand why I AM
They knew who I was, but never WHY
Some call me the devil at intervals
But even Lucifer deserves an interview
I went through hell to seek salvation
It was worth the while after all
Seven new habits
Better than seven old friends
I escaped my old skin guys
Teleported into the future without you
I don’t mean to leave you folks
But this realm demands for more Alone time
I don’t think you can keep up. So Farewell
