Hello everyone, How are you all doing?, I hope you are all doing great, I welcome you once again to a new week, and I shall be discussing details on The Metaverse, which is quite different from the discussion we have had in the previous week.
Many are still trying to wrap their head around what metaverse is, it sounds odd and ingenuine to others, but in the simplest form in this article, I shall be discussing what metaverse is.
Metaverse is simply a conjoined word from "Meta" and "Universe", just like we all know that human life exists around the planet universe, so the Universe is what comprises Human existence, here comes another world that could exist outside the Universe, which is called "Meta", The word "Meta" simply means "beyond", then the word conjoined means "Beyond the Universe".
Getting many concepts to Metaverses is simply interesting, its basically the Future, we have seen the use of Holograms in some countries, and the advantage of it, We could as well see the full detail of metaverse in a movie titled "Ready Player One" where all players in the real world are competing in a game to win a reward.
Metaverses is simply the augmentation of the real world into virtual reality, this is some high-end technology that the backend Programs are not for beginners, its fill with awesomeness, speaking from my experience with metaverse, it feels so real, you feel you are in the real life and all the experience in it feels like a real-time experience, I had advised anyone to visit a game channel to have a full illustration of the metaverse.
Metaverse varies, some require some VR equipment, and as well some do not require equipment to interface with it, they could be accessed through the internet directly and life activities are been embed in Web3.
The First metaverse platform comes in the Decentraland Platform, I shall be giving details into this later as well, the metaverse is very interesting, it is just like the real-world experience, where you do bidding, buying, exchanging, and all that, and Yes!!, you could as well make a lot of money in the metaverse.
What has the Metaverse aimed to achieve? :
With the metaverse in our midst, I believe the opportunity is vast as it gets to make life easier.
Reduces Human Exposure - One of the aims of the metaverse is to reduce the exposure of humans to threats, with the metaverse, transportation, and movement will no longer be necessary, as everyone can augment reality through the virtual world without needing to move from a place to the other.
Provide New Source of Income - With metaverse, we have seen the activity of buying and selling, where in this case, users exchange NFTs and as well can choose to sell or buy for future Uprise.
Is Metaverse here fully with us yet?
Yes, to some extent, the metaverse is with us, have had experience with the metaverse and the 3D display is some high technology, it is a world where one can easily escape human reality and move to spend time in a virtual world without the need of being disturbed, we could as well see the use of metaverse in most games modification which I shall be explaining later.
To achieve full security on the metaverse, I believe "Blockchain Technology" best work with the metaverse, and the introduction of blockchain technology in the metaverses give birth to Cryptocurrency as well.
The metaverse could be a little bit tricky and also hard to get by, to secure users' data, and as well prevent third-party involvement in the individual platform, I believe blockchain technology is required, as this tends to Provide securities with individuals owning their Private Keys.
To achieve security and ownership, users get to use their private keys to log in to the channel, and as well the keys are well encrypted since they are using the blockchain technology, as we know that blockchain technology uses the online ledger to store its fully encrypted files, with this comes the safety of individuals.
And as well, Transaction such as buying, selling, or trading on the metaverse will require individuals to confirm with their private keys as in such cases, manipulations and scamming can be ultimately eliminated from the metaverse, each user with their unique logins, which thus remove the threat to losing account or usage of users data.
On the metaverse, there will be public keys as well which can be used to view user's data but can not be accessed, as in the case of crypto, where other users can view users' accounts or users' assets on the technology, but it can not be accessed without the owner's consent, as in the case where a user wants to be dubious of selling others assets, it will be impossible as no other user has the right to the asset except the owner with the private keys.
Conclusion
Here comes the conclusion of my topic: "The metaverse", where I have discussed the usage and aim of the metaverse in the real world.
Metaverse aim in bringing communication in a simple and less harmful way, during the covid, many never believe there could be a possible way to interact or keep things going without movement, but as it turns out that things could as well be best handled right from the corner of the individual house without needing to move around.
