With this post, I'll share some insights about the things going-on for Apple's AppStore review process.

I've just resubmitted app

First of all, don't get upset. I've just resubmitted the app again for review.
Apple is rejecting app for tiny reasons (as they can not point the main reason directly)

Versions rejected so far

Build number 43, 44, 45 - these are the builds which are rejected so far.

Why these builds were rejected?

Guideline 1.2 - Safety - User Generated Content
- Add EULA
- A method for filtering objectionable content
- A mechanism for users to flag objectionable content
- A mechanism for users to block abusive users
- The developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content
Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness

What actions did I perform?

I have addressed all the points mentioned by Apple.
I updated the code, added EULA, added different methods for flagging & filtering as apple suggested.
I've also sent apple appropriate responses to the messages that they have sent for rejection.
