Hello Blurtters,
This time around I went to the grains market which gave me the opportunity to see more of natural grains are consumed by people but which also involved in some few steps before it can turn to a real flour. Take for instance I went to where they always sell different types of Grains such as Maize, rice, millet, Guinea corn, soya beans, wheat etc. So with the physical research I made I also make my enquiry on how and what it takes before you can call a raw Wheat, Wheat flour. These are what I already deduced and I also took so many photos which I already shared these pictures on my WhatsApp messenger for a brother who happen to be in the United States.
First of all the Wheat belongs the grains family which also takes shape like the Guinea corn.
Hundreds of people troop into the market to purchase all kinds of Foodstuff despite the increase in prices, you can see the pictures.
See different types of grains I saw as at the time of this pictures.
What the Wheat seller did in my front was that, she brought out a very big seive to reduce the dirt and stones in the Wheat itself before Selling it out to her clinrr
This was after I already bought the Wheat for a client and he wanted to ship it to the United States. Texas. So this goes for #15400 in Nigerian currency and also 37.03 United States Dollar.
This was when I got to the grinder factory and I saw men working already.
This was after they finished the whole Wheat grinding and it was later bagged properly.
It’s rly interesting to see this process and another way of life thanks for sharing. I think ppl here would go crazy seeing the grinding process we are so ott with cleanliness here, and it’s kind of on the floor, exposed to the flies haha I think ppl would freak out if they knew where it came from 😅 personally I like it raw.
You welcome. It a great privilege as well. Yes. The grinding process will be more elaborate soonest. Hahahahaha. You like it raw.
