When one group or entity gains over 75% market share in any one sector, by breaking up the monopoly.

Through the courts. RICO laws and Anti-trust. You can put Amazon on there also.

and force google to redirect request to their competitors ?
What would happen is that Google would be broken up. It would be sold off to a competitor and barred from engaging in various anti competitive schemes.
