I saw them coming
The unused years on earth
I saw them drumming
That I began to die since my birth
I heard them shouting
To persevere at my worsts
And flee from doubting
The betrayals of trusts
I heard their wailings
To discern fake friends
Who laugh at my failings
But behave like Godsends
And sneak through the windows
To ameliorate my troubles
With their terrifying shadows
And duplicate difficulties in doubles
Singing with displeasure
As the unused years approach by,
Hoping to see honesty as treasure
That would transcend any lie
Great warnings keep echoing,
To be busy with my leisures
And shun life's pleasures
For it ruin without knowing
