How does Voting Power really affect curation rewards on Blurt? Help me find out!

I'll have to trust you on that, because that's now what it seems to be telling me! Maybe I just don't understand.

I don't quite understand how it works either, my dear friend, but those are the numbers. It seems that if a post (at least in Hive) hasn't reached $1, and we vote for it, there is a chance that our vote will become more effective when a strong vote reaches that post.

Here's another shot:

I can barely read that.
What is efficiency? And why can it be greater than 100%?

Oh! I'm sorry. Efficiency is how effective your vote was on the post. From what I have been able to observe, it depends on how much money the publication has accumulated at the time of giving it your vote; If it is less than 1 dollar, the chances that your effectiveness will increase are high.

Okay, well none of those votes were within the 5 minute period after the content was made. The least one is 9 minutes, and that one has almost the lowest efficiency of any of them. Hmm.

I'll show you other examples on this topic (and that I keep digging to see where the secret is) of two users, whose APR's are different, and also their voting times.

One vote after 5 minutes:

and the other, before 5 minutes.

Something had to change in Hive, or we still don't fully understand how rewards are calculated, at least in Hive.
