A way to analyze it is by looking if they post concurrently, if a pattern of sequentiality exists, where when ctime stops his activities and the other begins, and then the other ceases and ctime starts again then it's as conclusive as it gets, especially if this is a pattern without any concurrent traffic from either going back 3-4 days. Also, you can safely exclude any kind of automatic activities, like reblogs an votes, focusing only on comment votes and comments.

Yes both the same , i remember Mmmmkkkk making a comment saying " i ll vote with my ctime account " or vice versa .
