And then there were the few societies that developed in abundance, where lending was pointless. Where no "money" - from trade/barter to electronic bits - arose. They had the caring Ones taking care of things, not the psychopaths controlling things. (Money systems WILL promote psychopaths to power.)
And We can build in that model today...but for the psychopaths who want to retain Their power/money. They hide the tech that would make it possible...

Not in the least. Psychopaths WILL defraud, steal, rob, torture and kill for money. They will eventually get the most. They will then buy up the schools, publishing, media, research facilities, governments, and more.
They will plot and plan the control of Us. No usury needed.

Um... Without money, why would anyOne break the three Laws of Ethics? Why would You defraud when You have all You want? Why would You rob, steal, torture, murder?
And if You are a psychopath (about 1% of Us) who gets off on hurting Others, You may do something unEthical, but You will only be a petty criminal and will receive Ethical consequences.
You will not be able to buy Your way out of any charges.
Such "crimes" will drop to statistically nil. I suggest that You do not see the whole picture...

I think You're wrong. Firstly, I have studied psychopathy for 50+ years. Secondly, I fully grasp that many of Them would TRY to do ghastly things, but... Without money, how the hell can They attain widespread control?
Don't just cherry pick things to respond to. Answer that question.

Widespread control starts with local control, yes ? (it rhetorical).

Ergo, education at the the local level, prevents any widespread control.
