Overcoming stage fright has to do with our inner self-assurance in place of public speaking which has to do with a combination of preparation that has to do with the practice, xnd as much as preparing the mindset and with the that of the stage fright, is always caused by fear of judgment or failure, is natural but can be managed with strategies.
Hence reparations on time is always a way which has to do with researching and as much organizing our pattern of speech which has to go with introduction, with the body, which goes on with a conclusion, hence by knowing that which has to do with material well instills that which has to do with confidence which helps on reducing that which has has to do with anxiety, hence with a practice which is accompanied with rehearse in front of a mirror,helps a lot. .
Visualization is another less recognized but powerful technique which helps over kill nervousness, hence by picturing yourself ahead while speaking and as well addressing the audience is another device for me to be successful in this, also the breathing exercises is a lot helpful which has to do with a deep breathing in and out before and during your presentation which helps in relaxing the body and as well give you a stabilize voice.
