Mentorship is very important and as well as valuable as a means for personal and professional growth be it in any sector in business, education, and also life in general, hence by having a mentor can provide that which serves as guidance, wisdom, knowledge and as much support which improves learning from others be it through direct mentorship, in even observing role models, or helps over overcoming and avoid pitfall which refine our skills, while helping us to achieve success.
The reason I do say mentorship matters a lot is the fact that it gives insights based on their experiences which is as of the purpose of helping mentees over navigating challenges which they might foresee, hence inInstead of learning solely through trial and error, hence is more rewarding from a mentor’s past successes and failures which teach with experience.
Therefore my final thought on this is that the power of mentorship and learning from others can't be underrated, be it a lifelong process which helps individuals reach their full potential, which as much as build meaningful relationships, over the success of others
