2. Physical Activity
the second strategies that we will be discussing is physical activities . Physical activities in this context has to do with any form of activities that represent exercise.
Generally , exercise is very good and vital for the body , so in this strategy , we will discuss about exercise as how it relates to diabetes and blood sugar control .
when we engage in physical activities , our body tend to use insulin more efffectively , this lowers the blood sugar levels . Accpording to American Diabetes Association , the least 150 mins of moderate - intensity aerobic exercise each week is good for diabetic patience, the topic of my next post will be based upon how exercise may be of help.
