Everybody wants to have lustrous, silky, healthy hair, whether it's Rapunzel-length tresses or short, spiky hair that frames the face. However, a healthy hair is not a miracle or something that just happens on its own .

Reduce how often you wash your hair:
Although excessive shampooing can destroy natural oils from your hair and scalp, shampooing your hair removes dirt and oils. Furthermore, if shampoo isn't completely washed out, it can accumulate on your hair and make it appear lifeless and drab.
For most of the hair types , washing the hair few times a week is ok for maintaining the oil balance .
