In every situation you find yourself , learn to be grateful. You can decide to write down the things that you are grateful for as it encourages mindfulness and positivity.

Adding a daily reflection to it can be very cool, during evening or night when you are done with the activities of the day, take out a biro and jot down 3 to 5 things that happened during the day which you appreciate. Being specific about the stuffs that made those moments memorable can also spice things up.
