E. Monitor and Avoid Triggers
It is also wise enough if we can keep a headache diary in other to be able to keep track of what triggers or worsens it as the case maybe and then try as much as you can to stay away or should i say avoid those triggers.
Avoiding alcohol and nicotine consumption will also go a long way.
