How to Practice Mindfulness
So in today's post , we will talk about how we can practice minfulness. Their are various ways with which we can practice Mindfulness, this includes the most formal one known as meditation to imploring awareness into ourdaily activities.
Formal Mindfulness Meditation
The cornerstone of mindfulness practice is meditation.
- Find a Quiet Space:
choose a location where you need to meditate , the location should be quiet , peaceful and free of distraction.
- Focus on the Breath:
Make sure that you are comfortabel while seating down , close your eyes and focus your attention to your breath. Observe the way it flows without trying to control it.
- Acknowledge Thoughts:
your mind is likely to wander during this practice, it is now your duty to gently bring your focus back to your breath. Your attention is being improved and your mindfulness strengthened .
