Mindful Breathing
Breathing exercise might seem to be a simple exercise because it is easy to perform and can also be done anywhere, It is also very effective.
- Deep Breathing:
To engage in this type of breathing , we take a very deep breath through our nose , the breath out slowly through our mouths.
- Counted Breaths:
This is similar to the deep breathing , the only is that we hold it for a much longer time ( counting one to ten) breath out and then start over again. This method calms our mind and anchors our attention.
