with this method (CGMs) , detailed data are provided and it has the ability to alert the user if their blood sugar levels is becoming too high or too low, with this method , it becomes more easier to make timely adjustments.
c. A1C Testing
In addition to the daily monitoring we mentioned above , A1C tests helps to measure average blood sugar levels over the past few months , maybe two to three months ago.
with this test , we can see a broader picture of how well diabetes is being managed over time. If your A1C level below 7% , it is actually the generally recommended level for most people with diabetes, although in some cases , the targets of some individual may vary.
