Body Scan Meditation
In this type of practice , we release tension and forster a sense of relaxation by paying close attention to every part of the body.
Lie or Sit Comfortably:
The first step is to position yourself in a comfortable position which could be a sitting position or lying down, then close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Scan from Head to Toe:
start from your head , slowly bring your attention and awareness to the head , gradually move to other part of the body, notice and discomfort or sensations without judgement.
Relax Tense Areas:
If you notice any discomfort as you move your body , conciously remove this tension.
