Saturday………………
The start of Liz’s four day weekend!🤗
Silvertop picked up his ballpoint pen and added a couple of more chores to my “To do list”!
First things first, I needed to drain our hot tub for the winter!
The last couple of days we have had nights in the mid 30’s Fahrenheit!
Winter is a bit late this year but it’s coming!🥶
I dragged the garden hose around back and started the water flowing, and the sky decided to join along Lol!😅
Is it really raining ……🤣
My friend @thebighigg was telling everyone this morning that he is having another beautiful Sunny Saturday in California………
Can I put in an order for a bit of Sunshine please Lol!😎
The Mrs suggested that a good remedy to this “Liquid” from the sky, would be hot steaming liquid from our local Starbucks!🥰
I quickly split some wood for a fire later tonight, and just as quickly became soaking wet!🙄
“OK honey, do you still want to drive to town for a mocha and a latte? I’m sure it isn’t raining in town Lol!” 😇
On the way we spotted large flocks of Canadian geese in their typical V formation migrating for the winter!
Isn’t it amazing that these Geese instinctively know the correct direction to fly when migrating!
“Turn left here Liz, I instinctively know where Starbucks is Lol!”😇
I was curious how high the water in the Lynden City Park creek was flowing, so with our coffees in hand, we decided to check it out!😊
“Silvertop it’s pouring hard, you go check it out I will wait in the car!”🥰
Quickly I snapped some photos of the fast moving water…………..
Just as quickly, every inch of Silvertop was saturated from the rainfall!😅

I’m sure it won’t be raining tomorrow Lol…….😇
Now where is that umbrella?☺️
