Day trekking! 😎
First things first, Silvertop needed to check a few chores off his to do list………
Then Liz grabbed her hiking poles and we headed up to the Gold Mine trail!😊
I knew the Mrs had stowaways….. but I wasn’t sure exactly “who” was joining us for today’s hike!😇

The trail was busy today…………
We passed several families out enjoying the cool breezy day.
The Mrs was shooting a video of Hayden creek, when a guy in full camo, with a heavy “ Bug Out Bag”, came jogging down the trail………
It was obvious he was on survival training………..
These Mountains are perfect for that sort of training, if you are into that.😇
He spotted Liz shooting the video, and politely stopped till she was finished!😊

Today we hit a scorching high of 70 degrees Fahrenheit with sunshine!😎

This Mountain is famous because the “Gold mine” was a very elaborate hoax that stole Money from investors around the country🙄
