It’s that time of year-tree time!🎄 We put the tree up today since I’ll be working on Friday when we had originally planned to do it. It’s not decorated just yet though. That could happen later this evening or tomorrow for that matter. It will however be done before tomorrow night.
The day was spent doing things around the house. We ran through some music for the first time in a while. It’s good that I didn’t forget how to sing nor forgot the nuances of my keyboard and @silvertop remembered how to play guitar! We had fun and plan to do it again soon.
I got a few things crossed off my ‘to do’ list, and those not accomplished will default to tomorrow. Ladies Bible study will be a bust for me as the car will be having an oil change. It seems that a lot of the ladies might not attend. Maybe having it the Tuesday before Thanksgiving wasn’t a good idea. 🙃
It is still ‘shroom season here. Enjoy the eye candy!
This guy reminds of a really old man.
It’s been a nice quiet day. Tomorrow will be here soon enough. Take care and have a blessed evening. 🙏🌎🙏

You were cleansed from your sins when you obeyed the truth, so now you must show sincere love to each other as brothers and sisters. Love each other deeply with all your heart.

We need to go Tree shopping this weekend. Probably Balsam Fir.
Today I am learning to sing the Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic … the way Jesus did 2,000 years ago. It’s beautiful in the original language.
Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic
Aboon Dbashmayo (Our Father who art in Heaven)
Nethcadash shmokh (hallowed be thy name).
teethe malkoothokh, (thy Kingdom come),
nehwe sebyonokh, (thy will be done)
aykano Dbashmayo off bar’o. (on earth as it is in heaven.)
Hab lan lahmo dsoonconan yawmono, (Give us this day our daily bread).
washbook lan howbain wahtohain (and forgive us our trespasses)
aykano doff hnan shbakn il hayobain (as we forgive those who trespass against us)
lo thaalan il nessyoono (and lead us not into temptation)
elo fasson men beesho (but deliver us from evil)
metool ddeelokhee malkootho, (for thine is the kingdom)
ou haylo ou Teshbohto, (and the power, and the glory)
loalam olmen Amin. (for ever and ever. Amen.)

Very cool! You should record yourself and post it. Take care my friend!🤗💜🎄
Yes, I will.
But Aramaic and Hebrew are not easy … it is taking me many years to learn.
