Happy Friday everybody!
I have several plants I keep at work. It makes me happy to have them around. One in particular I enjoy a lot, is one of two African Violets on my desk. This particular one is the flowers of this first picture. It blooms frequently with no other maintenance other than keeping it watered. The blooms last for a long time before withering and they are my favorite color-purple!
I figured I’d be by myself today, but the doc called his mom at 10:30 at night, to ask her to come in and help. I’m sorry he waited so late at night to ask, but glad she came. Originally, she was flying out Wednesday, but being as she was flying to Tampa where hurricane Milton was to strike, they postponed the flight until Monday.
She surprised me, as I was all set to go at it alone. It made my day easier for sure. I only have one job left to do because the last patient of the day’s work always waits until the following week.
No real specific plans for the weekend. I will need to roast coffee sometime and planned a coffee date somewhere along the line. @silvertop needs to rest and give that nerve time to settle down. 🙃 He doesn’t do inactivity well! 😏
