It's a long bank holiday weekend which for many means a rest. Not for me, my wife had other plans for me. The plans involved doing some shopping and chores in the house and in the garden.
It kept me busy for the day. Even though my step count was quite low, I felt exhausted as if I had gone out on a long run.
