Yoga is not a physical activity for me, it's a fun activity for me. I always enjoy doing it. Be it a simple traditional Yoga practicing or Aerial Yoga or even Power Yoga. That's a fact these Yoga have been diluted a lot in the recent times with new ways, but they are not bad, though they may not hold the same meaning while doing it. But more or less it is ensured that the concepts of Yoga are followed in other forms as well.
The basic principle of Yoga is Sukham Sthiram Asanam, which means comfortable and stable postures. If one is not used to doing Yoga and when they start, they would feel uncomfortable, and that's what Yoga teaches us to come out of of our comfort zone, and that has to be done comfortably and with stability. You cannot achieve 100% of the desired posture in a day or two, it is a daily affair that gradually takes you to it. There is no competition here. You progress at your own speed and as per your physical abilities. More than the final result, the process is important in Yoga. When you follow that process, you feel accomplished.
Even after doing Yoga for years, when I started doing Aerial Yoga, in the beginning I was scared, I was very slow, I could not do many simple postures with the fear of falling and failing, but applying the rules of Yoga, coming to the final posture slow and steady and not rushing into it, I could finally do what felt difficult when I started.

Yoga is a balance between effort and ease. It helps us reach to a higher level of awareness. When Yoga is combined with breathing and meditation it's like a power booster. Yoga & Meditation are the tools which allow us to channelize and redirect the substantial energy of our day-to-day stress and turn it into positive, effective and unstoppable determination.
