Halloween Fun at the Aerial Yoga Class

in yoga •  3 years ago

October ends and with that my first season of Aerial Yoga classes also ends. It has been a complete excitement for me going through the session and building up the core. I could never imagine that my body would have so much strength to do this training. It was intense at times but at the same time it would also give me a lot of kick and I would want to do it more with each day. But sadly all good things come to end, so as of now it's again going to be a temporary break as I will fly back to Muscat in a week's time and over there we do not have any classes being conducted in the city. Anyways I am going to look out for alternatives to be in rhythm, I will probably look out for gymnastics to keep the flexibility and movement on.

Yesterday being my last class and also being Halloween, our instructor decided to do some fun things and we did a very unique Halloween pose. I goofed up a lot as I was tumbling down and my leg was not getting the grip in the material, but finally I could manage myself in it and it turned out to be so much fun.

Here is our Halloween pose for the day...😍

My instructor mentioned that since it was my last class, I could do whatever I wanted to. So as a token of gratitude to her I picked up this pose.

This is one pose that I am very scared of, so I decided to give it a try one last time. The real final pose is leaving your hand free, but I could not do it and I took the ground support with my hands. I am sure in future as I get to practice more I will be able to master this as well.

This particular pose is called the mermaid pose, and I have been able to do this by myself now. I love this pose, because I can do it with confidence.

I enjoy doing the inversions as it gives, it's a great feeling

I hope I can get back to my Aerial Yoga fun soon again and can be confident enough to do it on my own, at this moment I do have to take my instructor's support to get to the final pose. It's not the end of the journey but as of now a temporary pause, to which I will ensure that I get back to it soon, so that I do not lose out on already what I have learned.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
