I mentioned a few days back about starting the Aerial Yoga class. The first session was more of a warm up session since I was doing it after almost 6 months and I realized that I had lost quite a lot of my strength. I do my regular walking and Yoga but that does not build up too much on the strength and in this there are more muscle flexes so it does stretch you out more.

Keeping it simple for the day 1 session, we did some normal yoga pose with the cloth

Inversions are my all-time favorite; I don't think I can ever get out of touch with doing them. I like the head rush that happens while doing these inversions, and it also gives me a sense of freedom and being in control of my power.

On the look of it these poses look simple, but sometimes it is about balancing and if not done in right manner, then can slip off the mat.

Quite a few other poses we did where I was trying to get my balancing back in place and also working on my core. This is something I enjoy doing the most. Doing Yoga is always fun, but if you want some more excitement then Aerial Yoga will give you that extra kick.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
