and that reminded me how important it is to vote for your 30 witnesses.

If you don’t have time or don’t want to do the research, choose someone and look at their list or ask who the voted for.

You can also choose a proxy for your witness votes. When you have a voting proxy, it’s as if you vote for the same witnesses as your proxy.
Thats a good idea to add aswell

Excellent @brittandjosie ! it´s very important to vote for your witnesses you allways have to verify if that witness is active and working on that roll with true commitment.
And check every now and then if those witness are active and in the right HardFork ;)

A good reminder post. There are a couple of witnesses I keep meaning to vote for but haven't used my active key in some time and forget. I'm always crunched for time it seems, even this morning I don;t have time to collect my rewards.
Maybe tomorrow or the day after when I go to collect I can remember.
