PROPOSALS VS WITNESS VOTES : EDITED ( it is now separated )

Do proposal votes really affect witness votes? It's not supposed to work that way. If it does, we need to fix it in the next hardfork.

I just went over the code. Witness votes and proposal votes are kept separate in the database. One shouldn't affect the other.

I tried with and without, different ways ...it was very clear it affected the votes

It looks like it stabilise , i can vote for the proposals and it is not affecting the witness part. Thanks !
