Many times it has worked for me to go for a walk; Being alone on the street or sitting in a park watching what is happening around me has also worked for me. I don't judge, I don't stop to think about anything, a thought that comes to my mind, I let it go for another to arrive and take deep breaths, it's a technique that I also use. c2

You are right about outdoor physical activities to reduce stress levels. I personally do cycling to strengthen my body and sharpen my mind. It has helped me a lot in difficult moments.
If you witness a situation where clearly a young student presents all the characteristics of a person under a lot of stress, how can you help this young person?

The first step to take is to have a conversation so that you can visualize the circumstances that surround you; After that, look together for the most direct way to eradicate high levels of stress through solutions to your emotional or work conflicts or anything that has led you to be stressed.

This does not mean in any way that I will take your load on my shoulders, but that between the two, the load is lighter and more bearable, until your own strength allows you to deal with the eagerness that hits us every day.
