Another green vegetable to nourish our bodies with, today I’m getting groovy with some celery. This is a great low calorie stalk that is full of great health benefits.
Skin care benefits from a well picked diet and one cannot go far wrong with celery. Personally, I love the slightly bitter taste that celery introduces.
With mostly water content, it's a wonderful way to keep hydrated too. For people who need a little sodium, celery has a great source of natural sodium to assist with healthy living involving both skin and mental health.
