Today I found for you another photo that reveals the soul of our people.
This old lady's name is Maria. And her dog's name is Bonya. Bonya is four years old.
When the evacuation began, Maria refused to go without Bonya, for whom there was no place. They remained to experience the horrors of war together.
That green scarf on Bonya's head isn't to protect her from the cold. Bonya was very afraid of the sounds of explosions and Maria put a scarf on her head so that the dog would hear less and feel better. During the occupation, Bonya's muzzle turned gray.
The old lady says that Bonya is like a child to her and she couldn't leave her.
