Petrol prices start to come down in the UK

Part of the reason is the price of Brent crude has dipped below $100 a barrel. Part of the reason is because a price war has broken out between supermarkets - they're cutting the prices in their petrol station forecourts in order to entice people into their stores.

In theory this should feed into next month's inflation figures. Most of the inflation we're seeing has energy costs at their root.
