Part of the reason is the price of Brent crude has dipped below $100 a barrel. Part of the reason is because a price war has broken out between supermarkets - they're cutting the prices in their petrol station forecourts in order to entice people into their stores.
In theory this should feed into next month's inflation figures. Most of the inflation we're seeing has energy costs at their root.
yay thankyou for some good news at last
Let's hope it lasts!
I have noticed it’s gone down a bit thankfully I need to go to Asda next time as I think they have a rly good deal
Thank goodness for supermarket price wars, eh?
