Tofu is made from soya in a refining process, it's a healthy ingredient for many meals and when I don't really want to eat meat it's a perfect addition to make a meal feel a little more filling.
Tofu comes in many different forms, sometimes firm and sometimes hard. I love adding some spice and green in my dishes. They can also be cooked with meat too.
If you have non-meat eaters over, consider grabbing some tofu, it's easy to cook and you're sure to enjoy it too.
