Today I will tell you how to cook.
The cooking methods are divided into three major groups.
01: Dry cooking
It uses cooking methods that do not use water and steam at all. For example;
(i) Grilling:

In this, the food is cooked indirectly on the fire. To heat the meat, it is placed on the fire over the grill so that the fat in the meat is released. The grill should be heated before starting cooking.
(ii) Baking:
The food is cooked indirectly on dry heat. The food is cooked in the oven mostly with or without cover. The oven must be preheated. Roasting the meat cooked in this way is called cake biscuit and double bread sub bake. Are ready to.
(iii) Roasting:

Meat or vegetables are cooked using only a small amount of oil without the use of water in a pan or pan.
(iv) Frying:
Three frying methods are popular;
(a) Deep Frying:
This method of frying is mostly used in fast food. It is a fast method of frying. When frying in more ghee, the temperature of the oil should be appropriate. The appropriate temperature for frying is from 375 Fahrenheit to 190 degrees Celsius.
(b) Shallow Frying:
This method is used to fry food in low ghee in which the food is dipped in half ghee, such as kebab kettles.
(c) Stir-Frying:
In this method, a large pot or frying pan is heated over a fire and then the food is cooked by adding a little oil or ghee. The food is constantly shaken with a wooden spoon. It is full of nutrition.
02: Moist Heat Cooking:
The following are some examples of cooking methods that require the use of water and steam;
(i) Boiling:

When water is hot enough to form bubbles and burst on the surface, cooked food is called boiling.
(ii) Simmering:

Cook food over a heat that makes some water bubbles but does not come to the surface of the pot.
(iii) Steaming:

In this method, the food is cooked by placing it in a sieve or perforated pot on top of boiling water. This way the vitamins in the cooked food are not lost.
03: Combined Cooking:
They use both wet and dry methods, i.e. the food is first cooked or fried dry and then softened by adding water as desired, as is usually the case with our curry.
