A Cup of Green Tea for The Morning

Green tea, a bitter yet refreshing taste that carries wonderful health benefits.

Starting my mornings the right way hasn't been easy over the last few months. Green tea has just the right amount of caffeine to kickstart things and the antioxidant bonus is amazing.

During the warmer seasons I love drinking an iced green tea. Adding some lemon and mint is a powerful combo. If it's a little too bitter add some honey. Yum!
